Meet Orrie Boss

Orrie has been working in the construction industry for over 12 years and in the renewable energy industry for over 8 years. He has acquired his skills in solar design and development from the best minds in the industry. He graduated top of his class from the School of Environmental Design, specializing in Solar and Solar Battery Backup Design at Appalachian State University. Orrie has a deep educational knowledge of Solar design and implementation.

Orrie founded Boss Energy with the intent of perfecting the solar experience and providing clients with a solar system that is truly one of a kind. Working with the most innovative companies across the country, Orrie and his team are able to design custom solar systems that enhance the aesthetics of any home and provide unbeatable functionality. His goal is to change the way people see solar through personal interaction with each and every client to ensure that their solar system exceeds their expectations.

As a born teacher, Orrie takes pride in educating the community and his clients on the many benefits of solar, not only on an individual level, but to the surrounding community. Orrie does presentations for local businesses, trainings, and casual speaking engagements discussing various topics related to renewable energy.
